  4. When the meat is done add dried fish,after 5mint,add loco's beans,palm oil, ground pepper and cry fish boil. for 10 minutes add seasoning
  5. Add water leave cook for 3mnt then add ugu leave stir throughly then leave to dinner for 5mnt in a low heat.
  6. Your soup is ready serve with Amala,Eba, Pounded yam,fufu,Towon alkama,semo,Dalayi or any swallow you like
